Taiga-san was an amazing tour guide throughout our 2 day stay in Kyoto! He answered every question we had. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything we saw. We had 3 kids in our group of 7 & he was so great with all of them! He treated us like we were old friends, you might even say like family! 10/10 would definitely have him a our tour guide again and again!
Guide Taiga took me and my 2 friends on an amazing tour through Kyoto. We especially liked Gion, and the rest was super too. Taiga knows so much about the area, share great knowledge about the Japanese culture – I highly recommend to book this tour with Taiga when visiting Kyoto. For sure 3 hours well spend!
Tiaga made Kyoto and Kobe a trip to remember. Taking us to amazing locations and sharing the places where locals go. He listened to us and was flexible with changes. With a wonderful sense of humor, a love for his community , and an engaging style you must not hesitate in making him part of your Japan experience!
We had a terrific tour of Kyoto with Taiga. I did some preliminary research on what we had wanted to see in Kyoto and Taiga got back to me with some helpful revisions. He met us at the cruise ship terminal in Kobe, where all of us took the Shinkansen to Kyoto. We visited several shrines and palaces, enjoyed a tea ceremony and had a great lunch. Taiga is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend his tour company!
Highly recommend touring with Taiga. We booked a day guided tour with Taiga in Kyoto in December for our family of four. Taiga tailored the guide to our desired itinerary and recommended additional spots outside of the regular tourist hotspots. He was incredibly generous (tolerant) with our kids (ages 8 and 6) and got us access to experiences that we would not have been able to book or find on our own. It was great mix of sight seeing, food discovery and incredible authentic experiences. Thank you Taiga!
